We have made it possible to upcycle food waste with a new technology that uses a catalyst to carbonize organic matter.
This technology is expected to be highly effective in environmental measures in factories that discharge and collect large amounts of food waste.
This technology uses a catalyst to cut the molecular barrier of organic waste, reducing the amount of organic waste to about 1/10 of the dry state and producing high-purity powdered carbon.
The generated carbon can be converted to “bioplastic” as a carbon material, or can be upcycled as “fuel for biomass power generation” as bio-coke.
We will continue to improve our technology aiming for next-generation resource recycling of food waste and plastics.
